Before completing your registration, please read the following information carefully. BaseID will collect and store the data provided about the athlete's sports career — such as clubs they have played for, competitions, position, and sports characteristics. The purpose is to create a permanent digital historical record of the athlete's career, which belongs to the athlete and follows them regardless of any change of club. Where registration is being completed by a Legal Guardian on behalf of a minor athlete under 18 years of age, the authorisations below constitute an expression of parental Consent, and by ticking them the Legal Guardian declares that they are legally authorised to consent to the Processing of the athlete's Personal Data. Consent to sharing with the sports ecosystem
I consent to the athlete's sports profile being visible to clubs, scouts, agents, and sports representatives registered on the platform, for the purpose of career analysis and monitoring. Only the contact details of the account holder — the athlete themselves, if of legal age, or their Legal Guardian — will be made available to these users. This Consent may be withdrawn at any time in the profile settings or by emailing lgpd@email.baseid.com.br
Declaration of responsibility
I declare, under my civil and legal responsibility, that I am the parent or holder of parental responsibility over the minor athlete indicated in this registration and am authorised to consent to the Processing of their Personal Data (applicable only where registration is completed by a Legal Guardian).
